So firstly this is my first review of pip so wasn't expecting the layout of the form I got through, but after studying the advice on this site realised the small things I had been missing out on both the last pip and past esa forms.. I have been waiting nervously for my appointment to go for my face to face assessment.. I had 3 esa assessments within a 14months last year.. Therefore had no "proof" left to send to pip.. I noticed it was taking longer, however, this morning, I received a letter, there is no date for assessment.. Instead it is an award and for 6years?
It's just basic rate care which I agree with but no assessment!? I'm in disbalief and waiting on the calling me to tell me there has been a mistake... Has this happend to anyone else? Is this because I'm Scottish n the Scottish government are now taking over our benefit system?

Hi Tricia
I can't tell you that it is because you are Scottish, but occasionally it does happen to people.
As long as you're happy with the award - that is great to hear.
