ESA 50 form was created by anthmares

Can i ask for an extension on the date of my ESA 50 needs to be sent in, the cut off date is 27/3/2020, thank you.

Hi Anthony

The ESA legislation does not allow any extension of the time allowed to return the ESA50, the DWP can decide to accept a late return but there are no circumstances where they can change the return date that you have already received.
