Hello again. In my covering letter when returning PIP 2 I stated that we have a post code problem so in order for an assessor to find my home, a different post code should be used. Will Capita have received a copy of the letter. So as not to give them any excuse not to find my address I am sending Capita a further letter giving the post code to use and directions as my face to face is on 20th March. Should I send the same letter to DWP so they are aware I have tried to ensure the assessor has the correct information.
It's up to you whether you send a letter to the DWP as well as Capita, but I always err on the side of caution and like to inform everyone - so I would.

Thank you BIS. At least it will prove that I have tried to be helpful and if Capita don't turn up and use 'unable to find address' as an excuse, DWP will also have the information. Will send, thanks.
