Pip runs out April 2020 was created by Kerry06
Hello my currant pip expires 20th April 2020.
I had the renewal forms in October which had to be back by 24th November and I received a text message 9th January to say they had received them.
I’ve not heard anything else from them. What happens if I don’t have a f2f and a decision by the 20th April ?

Hi Kerry06
You need to ring the DWP and find out what is going on. You don't want to find yourself without any money. Jog their memory that it is getting close.

I am in a similar situation. I had to return my PIP renewal form which I did early December. I received a text message to say they had received it on 24/12/2019. I heard nothing so rang DWP today. They said it had gone to ATOS on 24/12/2019 and to ring them, which I did. To cut a long story short I apparantly have to have a home assessment even though my only one before then was at a centre. I only receive standard care. I'm confused as to why a home visit but so be it. My advice is ring them, find out what is going on. The clock is ticking and as DWP said to me this morning, they will stop my benefit regardless of who may be to blame.
