PIP - Tribunal hearing was created by Dawn H-C
I am still waiting for my tribunal date and have eventually received DWP paperwork that I am getting responses to in readiness.

On the 'Managing medicine or treatments' I did not dispute the 0 points as I am able to administer my own medication...however I have since found out that having to have help to put kinesiology tape on should of been taken into account?

If I have not asked this to be looked at when I challenged the MR descision can this still be addressed at tribunal?

All denials are being based on the fact that I can drive, however not taken into account the days I do not drive as do not feel it is safe to do so. Apparently DWP still think you are meant to 'grip the steering wheel tightly' to drive!

Yes, you can raise this as an issue at a Tribunal but make sure that you understand the criteria for this activity, they will at best only consider the time needed to help you apply the tape.

It is only about 1hr total a week, my mum or 10yr old has to apply the tape for me and it takes about 15mins each time.

Hi Dawn H-C

At a tribunal you just need to explain what help you need and the amount of time it takes and the frequency, from your post I would assume that you have to apply the tape 4 times a week.

Hi Gary

Minimum of 4times a week, sometimes it will stay on for 2days other times it needs re-doing daily...usually when my daughter has had to put it on for me.

Hi Dawn H-C

Then you need to explain variations, if not then they will make assumptions like I did from reading what you had written down. If your daughter does it for you, how often does she do it? I know that it sounds pedantic but you have to try and explain yourself fully, don't assume that they will understand.

Good luck
