Hi i just had my review form i didnt get it back in time they stoped my money im primary carer of my grandson he has complexed needs he had a really bad sleep problem from november till end of january till he was medicated they gave me more time but with his needs and mine getting back to normal was difflcult for me it took it toll i had very little time each day to with all his appointments it proved to much it was so difficult to even get a few lin mes a day iv gone for mandatory reconcideration how do i explain how exhasting it is with two disabled people in the home with out very little support iv get severe disability element in my esa will i loose that aswell thanks in advance

You need to request a Mandatory Reconsideration of the Decision to close your PIP claim, our appeal documents explain the process.
I would not expect your ESA award to be affected.

Thankyou so much i will have a look at that and let you know do they have its the first time iv ever had real problems with getting any of there forms back will they take my grandsons dissability into consideration and that he was awke 19 to 20 hours a day for 9 or 10 weeks and there was also my granddaughter to get to school as well ?

I'll be honest and say that I don't know but if you don't request the MR then they certainly won't
