Universal Credit was created by anthmares
Hi, currently i am on ESA support group and PIP, if i move to another address would i be put on Universal Credit ? thank you.

Hi Anthony
Before we can answer that question we would need more information such as, what type of ESA do you receive (CB or IR), do you receive a SDP in with your ESA, are you moving to a new local authority area, will you be moving on your own? if you are moving with someone are they in receipt of any benefits.
You can check by putting your information into one of the online benefit calculators.

Yes i am in receipt of ESA, income related, and SDP, I will be moving on my own in the same local authority. Will i be automatically migrated on to UC, thank you.

You will not be migrated to UC for two reasons:
1) You are moving withing the same local authority. Your housing benefit is recalculated based on your new rent.
2) You are in receipt of SDP.
