My sons Dla to pip face to face is due we had to cancel this week as self isolation and the receptionist said we can only change this once she gave us the appointment for next week which I asked is that too soon she really wasn’t bothered and now we are being isolated for another week will we be able to get a phone consultation has anybody ever had one of these

Face-to-face assessments for all sickness and disability benefits will be suspended for the next 3 months, the government announced today (16 March 2020).

Face to face are suspended for 3 months due to Corona virus. I would contact the DWP by phone and follow it up by letter recorded delivery stating you had to cancel due to self isolation and you want it noted that you will now be following the Gov announcement ask in your letter for them to confirm
