My daughter failed her face to face pip claim in September filled an mr in with citizens advice in November and hasn’t heard anything yet we have rang them twice originally told would hear by 13 March when I rang them was told it would be 8 to 10 weeks which meant should here this week when I said but we have already waited 15 weeks only to be told the form had only been logged onto the system in January. Worried now that will not hear anything anytime soon due to the virus. Any advice as to what is happening please
