Volunteer Coronavirus forum moderators wanted was created by Steve D
Hi Al,
We are going to open a separate forum for posts relating to coronavirus. It will be a place for members to share information, queries and concerns relating to coronavirus, especially the kind of non-benefits related queries that we don't normally deal with on the site.
We are asking for a small number of volunteers to become moderators on the new forum. You don't need specialist knowledge of any sort.
We hope to deal with any coronavirus related benefits issues on our new Coronavirus updates page:
We will send you detailed guidance on how to deal with the technical aspect of checking and publishing posts. Your main job will be to ensure that posts are relevant to the forum and not abusive or libellous. You will also need to be able to respond appropriately to people who may be very anxious, confused or distressed.
If you are interested in helping out, please drop me an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with 'Coronavirus forum' in the subject line.
Please be patient, it may take a day or two before you get a response.
Good luck,
Steve

Might be an idea to sticky this thread, so that more people can see it.
