DLA TO PIP was created by baden87
I had DLA high rate indefinite award filled forms in for the transfer from DLA toPIP WITH LOTS OF EVIDENCE rom consultants and GP to support my claims
Had letter from capita today telling me I will be having a face on 30 March ,any how I phoned the up and told me they are cancelled and I would be getting a telephone assessment
My questions will they be asking I have given them a comprehensive nformation of how my disability affects me ( backed by consultant and GP
I can’t see anything being gleaned from the call anyone can help as I’m getting quiet anxious about it now

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Baden87
I have included a link below to some of the questions you may have been asked if you were having a face to face. Obviously some of them won't be relevant because you are having a telephone interview. Sending in lots of corroborating evidence doesn't mean they don't want to ask you anything. Some questions are just for clarity so they understand your difficulties before they come to a decision.

We haven't seen phone assessments done for years so this is somewhat new ground but I would expect the assessor to have read your documents before they make the call.

I would be surprised if they have read the form or any of the evidence from consultants at the hospital, I don't think anything I can tell them will outweigh the professional reports , which cover my disability in detail

Hi baden87
We live in hope, as my Grandfather used to say ONK (one never knows).
