Can I use the report from my assessor at the face to face as evidence in my next repeat assessment.
The report I requested from previous face to face assessment actually is particularly accurate.

Yes, you can but you will need to explain why it is still relevant to your conditions and limitations as they are now, don't assume it to be obvious.
