I am looking for a template UC50 diary Word template. I have seen some for PIP, but nothing for ESA. I assume it should look like the PIP templates Ive seen, being based around each descriptor rather than just a simply diary....
No, I'm afraid we don't have any for ESA but you could adapt the PIP ones, be aware many of the ESA activities do not lend themselves to being recorded in a diary so think about what the activities actually expect a claimant to be able to do and how you might record your problems in a diary.
