Are you trying to make a new claim for PIP? Information on how to do this is available on the following
www.gov.uk/pip/how-to-claim DWP services may be affected as staff have to self-isolate but it should still be possible to make a new claim and the PIP Helpline should still be manned.
We don't know what the timescales for an award being made will be, the Assessment Providers have been told to do telephone assessments or Paper assessments but I would be surprised if they are able to do these for all reviews. Any award will be backdated to when you started the claim.
