PIP - Change of Circumstances was created by ROBERT CHALMERS
Can anyone advise me on where I stand re. my "Change of Circumstances" application to DWP re. my PIP? I returned all the relevant paperwork on 30.1.20, which was received by DWP on 3.2.20. I was informed that I would receive notification within sixteen weeks. Will this still be the case in view of the current coronavirus changes, or will my application now be suspended for a further three months?

Hi Robert

Nothing has been specifically mentioned about 'change of circumstances' reviews in government guidance. Yours is always in process, so it's difficult to know when you might hear. I would ring and ask.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
