PIP no end point was created by Griffinit
My PIP was due to run out in 2021. I have just received a letter from the DWP saying my PIP has been re-assessed and will stay at the current rate ongoing.

What does ongoing mean?

Next year, 4 years, 10 years, for ever? I now feel they could re-assess at any time which is stressful. (I know there are no face-to face assessments during coronavirus).

Congratulations.

An On-Going award means no reassessment for at least ten years, subject to you reporting a change and when you are reassessed it will be a Light Touch review although we can't tell you what this will mean at this time as the first one won't occur until 2023 at the earliest.
