Hello everyone,
It’s good news. The phone rang at 2pm, I was invited to a conference call, and the judge introduced himself and a disability expert. He said that they weren’t able to get a doctor, but that I had sent plenty of evidence, and that if I was happy to go ahead, then they felt they could make a decision. He asked me what I wanted the result to be, and I said I had always felt the award for Daily Living was fair (standard rate), but that I felt the Mobility should have been enhanced (as it had been previously). He then said, they had read through my papers and they thought it should never have been reduced, and were happy to reinstate my award.
It was all over within 10 minutes. I can’t tell you the relief I am feeling at the moment. He said that they wanted to discuss whether my award should be for longer, but they could do that after I left the conversation and I would hear the outcome in a letter.
Please hang on in there, anyone who is going through this horror. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and the panel could not have been any nicer to me. Thank you everyone at B&W, I really couldn’t have done this without your help and advice and the forums.

Hello all,
I just wanted to let you know that I received my letter from the tribunal service, the panel had decided to award me for an extra 2 years.
Now just waiting for that back pay
