regarding the pip points system can the points be added together from the daily living & the mobility group as a friend has got 6 for daily living & 10 for mobility what should the award be ?

Mo, they are separate' Daily Living points can only be used for a DL award and Mobility points for that component.

So, based on your post your friend has qualified for a Standard Mobility award only.

I don't normally post but I thought I would let you know whilst asking the question
Many thanks to you & everyone else who works at benefits & work for all the help on the site that you make available & it is available at a very cheap rate & I would be willing to pay extra for the service you provide as it has helped myself & my friends many many times over the many years i have been a member. keep up the good work :)
