I am trying to complete my PIP Review form. My condition has not changed. What does the case manager look at in making a decision for the review? In my original face to face assessment report by the so called assessor it was total rubbish. Will they refer to my original PIP form or the assessors ridiculous report? I got my award by a Tribunal.
Both the assessor and the CM should review your form, any evidence attached to it, the previous claim form especially if it is PIP2, the previous assessment report so whilst you cabn and any evidence that is collected as part of the review.
I'm sure that many do but it is clear that some don't and the recommendation and Decision are based primarily on the form and what is attached so whilst you can just say "no change" you should think carefully about providing a more detailed response.
