Hi Today I have received an ESA renewal reminder letter dated 31st March saying they haven’t received my Completed ESA50. However this was completed and posted recorded delivery on the 20th March. I’m a little worried could the current situation have something to do with it. I’ve tried phoning but gave up after an hour waiting!
The reminder letter is sent automatically three weeks after the ESA50 but it is still worth your checking with the DWP that they have received your form.
