Hi, due to my son unable to make a claim for himself for UC due to his autism and learning difficulties, what is the best way to start the claim? He refuses to speak on the phone and will not be able complete the online form. I am his appointee but still wasn’t sure if I can make the online claim on his behalf or whether it was best to phone them. They don’t make the guidelines clear enough! Many thanks.
