Mandatory Reconsideration Turned Down was created by PBR Street Gang
Hi All
Despite the advise of so many helpful members and the B & W manuals, I'm afraid my MR was turned down.
Even after my MP got involved and additional new evidence, the DWP said NO.
Any advise or help would be really appreciated because at this stage I feel really defeated.
All the best - Paul

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Paul
I'm sorry your MR was not successful. Only 17% of MR's are successful.
If you believe you have a valid case and you are able to, you can put in for appeal. The average wait is at least 42 weeks and in the current circumstances, it could easily be much longer. 73% of appeal claims for PIP are successful.

Hi Paul
I just wanted to say how sorry I am to hear about your MR. I hope you have the strength to take this further and wish you all the best.

No mate... I don't 'think' I have a 'valid' case.. I know I do. And no condescension that is proceeded with sincerity will put me off.
I know you like to be terse and tough, and I have never asked for sympathy, but be very carefull how you respond to posts, escpecially if you moderator.
