Pip telephone assessment was created by Jackie

Just phoned dwp after sending in my pip review. No f2f was arranged but told me I would be having a telephone assessment but could not tell me when. Do they notify you first of when this will be taking place.

Yes, they will inform you of the date and time of your telephone assessment.

I was given approx 10-12 days notice, by letter.

There is still a requirement for seven days written notice of an assessment, even a telephone one.
