whilst requesting a mandatory reconsideration for PIP?
I have recently been awarded enhanced mobility 24 points and standard rate Daily Living after a review. I feel I should have been awarded enhanced for both. I'm thinking of requesting the MR because of this and am wondering whether it will negate or nullify the payments I already receive from my current award.. I understand a decision can effect things but wondered whether the request for the MR would effect the current rate I am receiving? Thank you.
