The length of time these are taking is varying so much - anything we quote could be well off target. At the moment they are not doing assessments unless ones were already about to take place so no new ones are going to be scheduled for the three months starting from March 16.

They are doing some telephone assessments. It depends on where you are in the system. (So it will vary).

Yes I had a telephone assessment I thought it was to “ fill in the gaps “ but they seemed to go through every question on my questionnaire/ application form
I also heard a child talking to mummy on speaker phone , what happened to data protection and privacy ?
