I claimed PIP and was awarded nothing.
I did a mandatory appeal and received nothing
I decided to appeal and I eventually received a phone call offering me 11 piints for daily living and 8 for mobility
I have received the appeal pack and this is confirmed in it
Is it possible for me to still accept what they offered? the 11 points and 8
and then appeal for a higher award afterwards?
If so how do I do it?
I tried searching the forum for answers but there is no search facility, it only searches the website and not the forum

It might have helped me answer your question if you had led with this
You can try contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim and ask for the DM to contact you again but you may have missed your opportunity to accept the offer.
