Hi I sent my Esa50 and evidence back and it was signed for at Wolverhampton on 7th April.I phoned atos today and there is as yet nothing logged on the system. But they have sent an Esa113 to my Gp yesterday.
My questions are.
1).Is it normal for form and evidence to not be logged on two weeks after being signed for?
2)I am wondering about possibly faxing the evidence to Atos-Do you know if this is still possible?
Many Thanks in advance,Lyn.

There have been delays in the Postal Centre and the current situation will not help with this but I would (normally) have expected your form to have been logged as received by now.

Although the form is returned to Maximus, it hasn't been ATOS for years, it may have been logged by the DWP, have you tried phoning them for an update?

You can ask Maximus if you fax the information but we have seen them hiding behind the new Data Protection regulations and refusing to accept the information.

Hi lyn, I sent my ESA50 back on the 26th March and every time I called CHDA and DWP afterwards they told me it hadn't yet been received. CHDA even told me in the end to call the DWP again and ask them to send me another ESA50 to fill in! To be fair, they did assure me that my ESA wouldn't be affected for at least the next 3 months. Anyway, I decided to wait a bit longer before asking for another copy of tthe form, and when I rang CHDA again on Tuesday, just on the offchance the forms had finally turned up, a really lovely lady knew what I was ringing about before I even told her, and she reassured me that my forms and the ESA113 from my GP had all been scanned onto the system now. She also said it could be at least 3 months before I hear anything else, but not to worry about my payments in the meantime. So it took pretty much 4 weeks from me sending them off for my form and additional info to show up on their system. Hope that helps.
