Assessors : how and what do they really base their decisions on?
Is there a undisclosed to members of the public "file" for assessors Capita atos maximus ? as to how they use or decide interpretation of descriptors which can come out quite differently at times to the actual descriptor and as to what the applicant said.etc I have been told this is so by someone I have no more info. than that from I believe a good source that Assessors I add some: :of whom come out with contradictory decisions reports when assessing persons for PIP.. I know there is a govt guide for assessors.
Though I have noticed that a number in fact all as far as I can tell FOIs I am not sure if it includes PIPAT(other than a very old one I think) have been refused by Govt. A number of FOIs have been made. If you have such information please can you reference or provide it that which the assessors have thank you
We have a copy of the PIPAT Guidance for Assessment Providers which is a 103 page guide for Atos and Capita using PIPAT assessment software. The guide is version 3 dated October 2014. It can be found in the members only guides.
