HI
I applied for pip on 31/12/2019 and have not recieved appointment for assesment as yet ? I have tried phoning but only get through to a recorded message? any one else having same problem?

There will be no face-to-face assessments for at least the next 3 months from 17 March 2020, until 17 June 2020.The assessment provider that is due to carry out the assessment should contact you to tell you what will happen next. The assessment will either be a paper based one, or carried out over the phone. Contact the DWP to find out what is happening with your claim, the best time to contact them is first thing in the morning or early evening.
