My partner had a PIP phone assessment last week, due to circumstances we had to cancel it on the day. The person we spoke to said that wasn't a problem and though there is usually a limit of cancelling it once, due to the pandemic situation that restriction has been lifted.
His appointment is now Monday and it looks like we may have to rearrange again (I know, beyond not ideal).
Does anyone have any experience of having to rearrange multiple times while the pandemic is going on? I really hope it's not going to cause an issue, but knowing the way PIP etc., is generally set up, I'm sure it will be.
