Hi,I have just had my DLA Higher Mobility downgraded to Standard PIP. I am going for a MR as I disagree with verdict and the time frame. The review has also changed from LIFE to Feb 2023. As I have a Motability vehicle, I will have to return my vehicle if I am not successful, but given the period that it might take to win an Appeal, what are peoples' experiences? If I do manage to get the Enhanced rate, will I get it for an extended period as otherwise I will not be able to get a Motability vehicle? Thanks
Unless Motability has changed their terms you should be able to get a contract for a vehicle providing you have a qualifying Mobility award that lasts at least a year.
