Mandatory revision was created by Phyll
After filling in forms to move from DLA to PIP, I was refused. Wrote back to request the Mandatory revision, recieved a text on January 13th 2020, to say they'd got my letter and I should hear from them within 10weeks, which should have been before lockdown. Now 16 weeks and two telephone calls later they using the virus as excuse for being delayed with work!! What rights do I have?? Can anyone help?? Thank you

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Phyll
I'm sorry to say that you have to sit and wait until you hear from them. You can keep ringing to see if you can speed up the process, but unfortunately, you will be among thousands of claimants whose claims are being delayed at some stage of the process due to the lockdown.

HI Phyll
I am in the same position as you having put in for a MR in February, when I rang them and eventually got through, they told me it could be 10 weeks or more.
I requested medical information from my GP's surgery as extra evidence to submit and I'm still awaiting that too!

Not sure what we can all do about it but just sit and wait and occasionally try and phone them.
