Hi Ruth's

At the moment no one is having a face to face assessments and it's not yet clear when they might resume again. You can put in for a Change of Circumstances - and alert them to your deteriorating condition. How quickly this will be processed and whether they will do a paper-based, a phone assessment or wait until restrictions have lifted for a face to face. I cannot say. Lots of people say they can't cope with face to face - but for that to be accepted claimants generally need back-up from a GP.
