Hi,
Since returning my PIP how your disability affects you form I have received two text updates.

One text to say that they have received the form

One text to say they have received the written report of my PIP assessment.

The second text has confused me as I haven’t had an assessment since returning my form.

Has anyone any experience of this or can explain why the second text?

Hi Nigrob

It sounds like they have done a paper-based assessment and the decision will be made on that. You can always ring and ask for a copy of the assessment if you wish.
