Social fund automatic repayments

Anybody else having the same problem with social fund repayments still being taken from Esa despite it being announced weeks ago that they had been put on hold? I even phoned ESA about it a few weeks back only to be told to contact social fund who in turn said although dwp had announced a hold on repayments nothing had been put in place to stop these being automatically taken from benefits and they had no intentions of doing it manually as it would take to long, they also said when I asked that when/if a system is finally put in place to stop automatic repayments nothing will be done to refund the payments already taken whilst they should have been on hold nor did they have any plans to extend the hold at the end to make up for repayment that shouldn’t have been taken!!!
