Hi,

I have looked at guide but cant see any advise about completing a pip form when working.
Is it advisable on the application to write how your employer has made adjustments and why your conditions are ok for work as a fixed, familiar route or best to leave work off until they ask?

According to the guide my eight health conditions means I am higher rate of both

Hi Jasonh

As you work, you're going to have to say so and how you manage it and you should do so on the form. Be aware, it is not your health conditions that score you the points for PIP, it is how those conditions impact on your daily living and your mobility against the specific criteria for the majority of the time.
