Hi guys me again. Just a quick question about supplying evidence for appeal. I have written statements from close friends and also images of the adaptions and aids that are in my home, however I was hoping to get a copy of my physio reports but as I’m not discharged from them my gp does not have them so I will have to go through a SAR request however their website is understably staying that due to covid response times can be extreme. So my question is am I able to upload the info that I have just now and then upload the physio report later?
