Pip lowest rate offered before appeal was created by Mrs Jehan
Hi
Applied 13august 19.got 4 point on each catagory. Which gone up 2 points in daily only totaling 6.then two weeks after appeal got dwp text to call them they have offer for me. My CAB advisor suggested that they will offer me lowest but best is to accept whatever they offer and then I have still right to change my mind. They called me offering standard daily only for one year which mean my award will finish August 20.,I have not recieved letter and back pay yet. Hopefully by Friday I will recive both. I am not happy with both awarad and duratuon but I needed the money as well. Will my award be extended automatically. And if I still appeal my award will stop on August or I will still b given money till appeal decision

I'm afraid we don't know what is happening as far out as August, the current changes only extend until late July and I doubt there will be any update until mid-July
You need to wait for your current award to be put into payment before you take any action.
With regard to your appeal. Once the award is in payment then you can request a new appeal. Appealing does not extend the life of an existing award, so unless the DWP decide to extend it due to the current crisis then it will end on the current End Date and there will be further payments.
We don't have a feeling for how long appeals are now taking, some are being brought forward and heard earlier but others are not and I suspect that yours will fall into the latter so it could be six months or even longer before you have a hearing.
So, given that your current award ends in August I would recommend that you consider starting a new claim with the DWP, it's unlikely that a new Decision will be made before your money stops but it will ensure that any new award is paid from the day after.

thank you very much fro yuor response.will i get any review form or just new claim. I have to start and in case of new claim I dont have recent medical evidence just those which I send with previous claim

As your award is only for a year you will not receive a Review form, you need to phone the PIP Claim line to start a new claim.
If you don't have new evidence then all you can do is send the information that you have.
Make sure that you understand the reasons that your previous claim originally failed so that you can avoid them this time.
