Letter from DWP during PIP appeal was created by cats
Hi,

I am awaiting a tribunal date for my PIP appeal. I have received the DWP's bundle of stuff that I need to go through.

Today I received a "We now have all the information we need to make a decision" letter from them, dated after the date on the bundle.

Could this just have been sent by mistake?

Hi Cats

The DWP are supposed to look at your claim again prior to Tribunal and it could be referring to that. They may offer you an improved offer before Tribunal (but don't count on it). The only way to know is to ring and ask why the letter was sent. It's not easy to get through to the DWP at the moment. About 10 o'clock is the best time to get through apparently.
