pip payments was created by baden87
I have had my decision for DLA TO PIP higher rate mobility, but only scored 6 points for Daileys living , I have written to DWP giving them formal notice of request for mandatory reconsideration
I have provided more evidence from GP and other sources, so wish me luck guys

No, not unless you are in Northern Ireland where there is a compensation scheme.

It should be clear from the Decision Letter but the DWP are required to pay your DLA for a further four weeks from the date of the PIP Decision, actual payments will depend on when you were last paid your DLA, there will be at least one but possibly a part payment of DLA as well.
