The Moving Around activity looks at whether you can stand and then move (walk), it is concerned with the distance you can walk, not the manner of your walking unless it can be shown to restrict the distance.

If you have no problems with leaving your home then the Going Out activity will be about whether you can reliably follow a route to a destination, It does not consider any physical problems that would prevent you following the route unless you can show that concern for these would lead you to suffer "overwhelming psychological distress" and that this OPD prevents you from completing the route.

It does, however, consider sensory problems that would prevent you from reliably completing a route on the majority of days so I would think about how you can explain your issues in these contexts.
