Help, I think I have messed up!! was created by Gumboots
Hi all, after completing and posting my PIP review form, then finding your excellent review guides, I believe I have messed up.
Instead of using the 'Tell us whats changed' box, to enter 'No Change' and then continue to explain how I am still affected by conditions, I have left some blank but have explained in full on Extra Notes under each questions heading. I now know I should have filled these sections in on the form, change or not, then explain and continue on extra notes. My take on the question at the time was to complete only if there was a change, so
1. Should I write to them, to briefly explain my mistake?
2. Answer each question again on a separate sheet, stating no change, under each heading?
Most of the categories are the same as my last award, I assumed they would assess in conjunction with the previous claim but now think, that if a box is blank, I will be awarded zero points, even though the question has been answered on a separate note?
Many Thanks
Banty

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

If all you have missed is writing "no change" in the relevant box then I would not worry but if you are still concerned then a short letter explaining the error and providing the information should be sufficient/
Send it to the same address as you did the form.
