Hi, with help from your site I have just completed an appeal form for esa for my brother - been in the support group for 8 years and following recent assessment put into job seekers group. Reconsideration have moved him to work related activity group but they say only because of COVID and only for 6 months then will be reassessed. I want to write a letter to support his appeal as his main career but not sure how to set it out. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
There is no particular manner in which you have to do this, but I would go through the sea questions and structure your letter using each question in order and talk with the knowledge that you have as his main carer on each of those points. You are the person who knows him best and can explain why you believe that he needs to continue in the support group.
