I currently get ESA and have complex PTSD and was originally put in the support group in January 2017. I was called for another ESA health assesment which was done on 23rd December 2019. I have heard nothing since but I am still receiving it. How long should it take for me to receive a letter or report?
You should have heard by now, but many people are reporting delays in claims that were started before the COVID issues. I don't know whether you have had any letter at all from ESA because their letters are often not clear that an award is continuing. If you haven't you can either ring and ask what progress there is with your claim or just sit it out.
