I have 2 queryshope thats okay.
Firstly i rang DWP as was due ESA reassessment in June to find it had been deferred again, this has happened every 2 years i feel very fortunate about that. The DWP know i do voluntary work as i got permission first i was told that i could do this a permitted work but chose not to. As this last deferrement takes me almost to pension age. I was wondering about doing permitted work, its fist tier tribunal work which will be done from home as when health allows. I know i have to inform The DWP but do you think this will trigger a full reassessment?
Secondly my PIP is due to end March 2021 letter does say i will be reassessed or renewed does this mean i have to apply as a new claim before March?
Thank you i know how busy you all are just grateful for any input

I would expect Tribunal work to be paid so you will need to contact the DWP to complete a PW1 form.
PIP is not like ESA, whether your claim is reassessed or renewed your current award will end in March of next year and there will be no further payments, unless a new award is made or the DWP extend the existing one.
If your award was for less than two years then it will be a renewal and a new PIP2, if it was more than two years then it should be a reassessment and an AR1, two years and it could be either.
Before the current crisis, the DWP was starting the assessments six months before the end of the award, renewals should be 14 weeks but I would start a new claim earlier than this to avoid a period without any payments.

Thank you for your time Gordon. I was a little confused on th PIP as mine was a 4 year award will i get any reassessments forms from DWP or will i have to just make another claim. Its just that i says on my form that's a fixed award as my needs might change so will i have to contact DWP around 14 weeks before and ask for a claim form as for a new claim, hope that make sense,
many thanks
