Hi, I was receiving PIP standard care but had to put through a review claim that included a new additional condition. I had a telephone assessment and it appears I’ve had an increase to my award as I received £945 in my bank today , but haven’t had a letter yet. I’m just wondering when the money will relate to, is it from when they receive your claim form? Or, from when you phone them to advise of the new condition and they send the form out? Or, some other date? Just trying to figure out my award but not sure of the time period the payment relates to. Thanks
