Hi I would like some advice please I’ve applied for uc sickness in October but still haven’t heard nothing until today, they are going to phone me next week regarding this! Just need some help on how to handle the call, also I’ve applied for pip in April & not heard a thing, I’ve phoned them but no luck! I’m getting real frustrated. Any advice would be appreciated please especially regarding UC. Many thanks
We have limited experience on ESA telephone assessments but we have had reports on a lot of PIP ones and there will be similarities in how the assessment will be done so I would also have a look at our PIP Claim guide there is a section on the assessments.
All new assessments for PIP were suspended in later March for three months, although it has not been confirmed it seems likely that there will be a further extension to this.
