It sounds like you have received the AR1 Review form, this is covered in our PIP Claim guide.
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/pip I can't say whether you will have another face to face or not, it will depend on your conditions and how you complete the form.
At the moment face to face assessments are suspended, the Assessment Providers are trying to do Paper Based Reviews, if they can't do a PBR then they may try and do a telephone assessment, failing that you will have to wait for F2F.
We are currently waiting (next week) for an announcement as to whether the current restrictions will be extended.
