Hi Gibson

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

When you've found your way around look at our comprehensive PIP guide. Yes it is over 100 pages, but it will guide you through every stage of the process and filling in the form when you get it.

A piece of advice that I will give you now, it that it's not so much the conditions the DWP are interested in, but how they impact on a claimant's life as per the specific criteria. If you don't talk to the criteria then you have little chance of getting an award. It's a mistake people often make. Another thing is don't assume that the person reading it will have knowledge of your wife's medical condition and the impact - so you need to make it clear.

Have a look at the guide and then come back and ask us any questions you may have and we will try to help.
