If you are receiving legacy ESA and not New Style ESA, then you can also receive Income Related ESA, the DWP should contact you about 14 weeks before your ESA(CB) expires but if they don't then contact the DWP office dealing with your claim, you will need to complete an ESA3 which captures information about your household income and savings.
